Buying and selling real estate is a business transaction and my job is to lead the process for clients. This is my business.
I understand The Deal and how to help clients get what they want. Over the past 25 years, I have negotiated transactions and managed businesses – many worth over $100 million.
Every situation is unique and there are many variables and important decisions to make. I offer comprehensive financial models and negotiation strategies to help clients feel comfortable with the transaction. Together, we make it happen. . And I will always give an honest and realistic assessment of the opportunity.
My professional experience includes more than 20 years of executive roles in finance, marketing, strategy and business leadership. As an entrepreneur, I cofounded a digital marketing firm and ran an industry practice in building and construction for a large advertising agency. I leverage these experiences and the latest technology for tailored client services.
An Atlanta resident since 2000, I see tremendous growth and change in the real estate market and passionately embrace the excitement and challenge of helping clients discover and meet their own goals. I ask a lot of questions and spend a lot of time understanding client needs and then develop tailored solutions.
I graduated from The University of Michigan with engineering and MBA degrees and always combine the rigors of those disciplines with my personal touch to achieve success for clients.
